Ingredients:
- Venezuelan Grand Cru milk chocolate 43.5% cocoa mass
- May contain nut, gluten, egg and dairy traces, allergens; milk, soya, wheat, egg
- Minimum weight is stated in grammes on each item
- Keep cool and dry
Please note that all our chocolate products are handmade. Where a product has inclusions, there may be some variance in the amount.
*Our vegan-friendly option (70% dark chocolate) is made in a kitchen where dairy products are present, although we do take the strictest approach to keep our vegan-option products as dairy free as possible. If the product has just chocolate present and no other inclusions or ingredients it is deemed to be gluten free, although it is made in a domestic kitchen where gluten-containing items are present.
We take every care to prevent any issues with shipping during warmer days, sometimes chocolate may change in appearance. Temperature changes and weather fluctuations sometimes cause chocolate to 'bloom' which can make it appear to have white streaks. It's still perfectly fine to eat.
Please note adverse weather conditions may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
Online orders are available for delivery to mainland UK only. The prices shown on the website do not include delivery.
Delivery charges will be calculated automatically when you place your order.
We use Royal Mail standard UK Mainland delivery ( 3-5 working days ) to ensure your chocolate arrives in the peak condition.
Delivery is out of our control once your order has been dispatched, and may be delayed during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or adverse weather conditions which affect the courier. If any delay due to excessively warm weather is anticipated - we will let you know accordingly and discuss options.
Where an item is not suitable for posting due to being too delicate - we will contact you to discuss local delivery or collection.
